Hi! I’m Ann Griffiths. Thanks for stopping by.

I started my career furnishing villas and flats for an International company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  Then I joined British Property Consultants, Cluttons, in Dubai and the London, England Docklands.  After a return to the United States with a move to Atlanta, Georgia I changed careers to Education, teaching Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and English as a Second Language.  I am a fluent speaker of Spanish and Portuguese and was the recipient of 2 Fulbright scholarships to Peru and Brazil and 2 Luso-American Foundation scholarships to study Immersion Portuguese at Middlebury College in Vermont and Brazil.  Creating interesting cultural units was my passion.  Besides the Fulbright units on the Myths, Legends and Beliefs of Peru and Sustainable Development in Brazil,  I  volunteered at the Centro Ecológico Akumal in Mexico for 4 summers where I created and taught a unit on the Ecology of Akumal on the Riviera Maya.

When our children were grown, my husband and I moved to Flagler County where we built our home in the Hammock under the live oaks and palm trees on my favorite street in the world.  I gained experience in Coastal Risk Insurance and Mortgage Lending while working for State Farm for 6 years.  With this extensive background, I not only bring a wealth of local experience and knowledge key to buying and living in coastal Florida as a full-time REALTOR with RE/MAX Select Professionals located on the scenic A1A in The Hammock of Palm Coast, Florida.   I love sharing my experiences and pastimes in and around my Hammock home as well as further afield.  I invite you to join me!

Falo português.  Hablo español.  If you want to contact me in either language, I will respond likewise.  Go ahead and write to me in French or German, but unfortunately, I will probably answer you in English as lack of practice has lapsed my spoken and written fluency in those languages.
